Required Education and Skills

- Marketing Staff:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Communications, or related fields
- Strong communication and digital marketing skills
- HR Staff:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Programmes Production Staff:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Media Production, Film, or Television Studies
- Experience with video production equipment and editing software
- Finance Cadre Staff:

- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis
- Engineer (Broadcast/Technical):
- MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical fields
